Here are a few final points regarding what is looking to be a crazy jam packed weekend!
First off, admission to the competition is free!! That's right free! Programs will be available to purchase at $10 and in that program is a $5 Thunder Buck to use towards merchandise that will be available. I also want to stress the fact that video taping and photography will not be allowed and they have made a point to all studios that this will be enforced throughout the weekend. There will be pictures available on site for each number so you might wish to take advantage of it for those memories. :0)
Parents are allowed in the change rooms but will have NO access to backstage. Please keep in mind that the change room area is not large and there will be many people so please use commonsense with regards to going down stairs. There will be quick change rooms set up for the dancer's (they will be in the green room area where parents are not allowed) so you dancer will be taken care of. I would strongly suggest sending your dancer with face and hair done. Please send along makeup and any extra hair accessories/product for touch ups.
Dancers should be there an hour prior to performance time. They run in order and on time. Allowances will be made for those who have quick changes but numbers will not be held up for absent dancers. So please keep this in mind when planning rides.
Anyone registered for Off the Charts warm up is 8:30 but doors open at 8:00 at the Valhalla.
